Our 22 Day journeys are offered free of charge.  

They consist of shared daily affirmations, invocations, songs, mudras, meditations and/or journal writing activities that you complete each day on your own schedule.  As we travel through the 22 days together, we build a group coherence through shared exchanges that collectively support our individual efforts.

The Journeys take place in a group chat on the Signal app.  In order to participate, you will need to download Signal onto your phone, tablet, or computer. You will then be invited to join the chat.
